Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. What AI Video Studio is
AI Video Studio ("the app") is a personal, non-commercial software tool that its operator runs on their own computer to produce short documentary-style videos and, when the operator chooses, publish them to the operator's own YouTube and TikTok accounts. It is not offered as a service to the public: there are no user accounts, no sign-up and no fees.
2. Who may use it
The app is used only by its operator, with TikTok and YouTube accounts the operator owns or is authorized to manage. By connecting an account, the operator confirms they are allowed to publish to it.
3. Publishing
- A video is published only when the operator has reviewed and approved that exact video and explicitly chosen to publish it. The app never posts automatically.
- The operator chooses the title, caption, privacy setting and content disclosures (including that content was created with AI) before each post, and is responsible for what is published.
- Published content must follow the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
4. Third-party services
The app connects to TikTok and YouTube through their official APIs and may use third-party AI services to research, write, illustrate and narrate videos. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. TikTok and YouTube are not affiliated with and do not endorse this app.
5. Accuracy
Videos are produced with AI assistance and checked by the operator, but may contain mistakes. Nothing produced by the app is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, its operator is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to the contact address in the Privacy Policy.
